CROSSFIT
All of our CrossFit classes are coached by certified CrossFit trainers who are always there to assist you. They will explain all of the movements and when needed, will provide scaling options for every athlete in the class.
A maximum of 10 people can attend the class so everyone who trains with us isn’t just a number. We get to know you and work towards your fitness goals.

Do you have a busy schedule and class times don’t necessarily fit? Personal training for individuals, couples and families can be scheduled when it suits you best. Whatever you want to focus on, we will tailor the training towards your specific goals.

OPEN GYM
This is open to athletes who would like to work on supplemental training or their own programming. These time slots are not coached or supervised and are therefore only recommended to advanced athletes.
The Gym is open from Monday to Sunday from 6:00 to 23:00
