what is crossfit
CrossFit is a training program based on a constant variation of functional movements performed at high intensity.
By constantly varying complex movements, loads and promoting all physical abilities, such as cardiovascular-respiratory endurance, muscular endurance, strength, speed, flexibility, coordination, accuracy, responsiveness and balance, you are well prepared for any unforeseen events.
CrossFit is for everybody. No matter whether you are young or "less young", trained or not, a beginner or advanced athlete. CrossFit can be adapted to all the training levels, by scaling up/down the exercises.
a crossfit class
A class is led by a certified CrossFit trainer, it lasts one hour in a group of maximum 6 people. Lessons consist of three parts: warm-up, technique/strength and WOD (workout of the day).
The WOD is composed of an infinite mix of functional movements, gymnastic and weight lifting exercises - and it's always a surprise!
