What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a training program based on a constant variation of functional movements performed at high intensity.

What is HYROX?

HYROX is a fitness race combining running and functional workout stations in one competitive format.

The training is based on endurance, strength and functional movements performed at race pace intensity.

By combining running with exercises such as rowing, sled push, burpees, lunges and wall balls, HYROX develops cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, speed, coordination and mental resilience.

HYROX is for everybody. Whether you are a beginner, an experienced athlete or simply looking for a new challenge, workouts can be adapted and scaled to every fitness level.
